1. Hidden Lakes-Idaho Club:
This is a Golf Course very close to the wedding ceremony and reception site. It is literally down the road. There are several large vacation homes for rent. We are hoping that people will be able to get together and fill those houses so we can have a week of fun in a centralized location. These homes range from $350 and $495/ night and sleep between 6-16. There are 7 homes total. This location is approximately 20 minutes from downtown Sandpoint and 0.25 mi from the wedding site
2. Holiday Inn Express:
This hotel is the closest to our wedding site however it is not the most picturesque It is located between Sandpoint and the wedding site. (about 10 minutes each way)
3. Edgewater Best Western
This is a local favorite for out of town guests because of it's location right on City Beach in downtown Sandpoint. Unlike so many other places, the downtown beach is remarkably clean and pleasant. it is perfect for people with small kids who would like to open their door in the morning onto a beach with shallow kid friendly water.
4. Sweet Magnolia B&B:
There are 6 sweet rooms in this lovely B&B in downtown Sandpoint. It is within walking distance to all the main attractions. LGBT friendly.

Dover Bay is a new waterfront development just 5 minutes west of Sandpoint. It offers several bungalows from studios to 2 bedrooms sleeping up to 10. Complimentary access to the fitness club and the heated pool are included. This location is on the Pend Oreille river, not the lake, but it is a large very swim-able river. The Dover Bay Marina rents boats from this location.
7. Season's Resort at Schweitzer Mountain resort
Schweitzer offers some of the most beautiful views in the area and the hotel and spa services are fantastic, however it is a significant, windy drive to the top of the mountain from Sandpoint.
8. Hope Hotel:
The historic Hope Hotel was in it's prime when Hope, ID grew into prominence after becoming a center of commerce and a division point of the Northern Pacific Railroad in 1897. It has since been restores and provides a simple but elegant stay with delicious breakfast and beautiful lake views. Hope is located on the east side of the lake. There are few amenities in the immediate area, but it is located about 30 minutes from Sandpoint and the wedding will be halfway between the hotel and Sandpoint. If you prefer a quiet, less trafficked vacation with quiet beaches, this would be a great spot for you.
